Stated exactly, including the part that is not private.

When you submit a reply, it goes to one endpoint carrying two things: the text you wrote, and which exchange number it is. Nothing else. No identifier, no account, no cookie carrying who you are, because there is no account and no who.

That endpoint passes your text to Anthropic, our AI provider, with a fixed instruction: sort this into one of 8 categories. A category comes back. We choose the matching pre-written line. The text is discarded.

This is the part that is not private, and it is why nothing here claims to be end-to-end anything. A third party processes what you wrote in order to categorise it. That is the trade the product makes, and you are told about it before you type a word.

It is not written to a database. There is no table containing anything you typed, because no such table exists.

It is not logged. The request body is not written to any log we keep, and no analytics event carries your words.

Nobody at this end reads it. Not to improve the product, not to check quality, not out of curiosity. There is no interface through which anyone here could read it, because it was never stored.

It does not train anything. Nothing you write is used to build, tune or evaluate any model.

The private questions at the end — what surprised you, what you wanted to say and did not, whether a version of this has happened to you — are handled entirely on your own device. They are never sent anywhere, to us or to anyone else.

The report is assembled in your browser too, not on a server. Nothing has to leave in order for you to see it.

Because nothing is stored, nothing can be recovered. Reload the page and the session is gone. There is no save, no resume, no history, and no email-me-my-report — including at the end, which is where every other product asks.

If you want to keep the report, print it. That is the only way, and it is a deliberate consequence rather than a missing feature.

We can tell you what we do, because we wrote it and you can hold us to it. We cannot make promises on behalf of a third party about their internal handling of a request, and this page will not pretend to.

What is true is this: we do not store it, we do not read it, we never show it to another person, and the only reason it leaves your device at all is to be sorted into one of a fixed list of categories so the conversation can continue.
